Individual Therapy
Safe, skilled accompaniment from a therapist can mean the difference between feeling “stuck” and “free,” betweeen “overwhelmed, guilty, and weighed down” to “lighter, clearer, more compassionate and courageous.” While trauma and challenges are never forgotten altogether, we can work together for you to be able to experience real healing and to make meaning of your story. I hold close that you have everything you need within you to heal; I would be honored to walk with you as you discover that within yourself.
Trauma-Focused Therapy
Trauma - whether isolated incidents or complex experiences in childhood or adulthood - can deeply impact one’s ability to feel safe and connected with themselves, with others, and with the world. I am trained to safely guide you through finding strategies not only to manage the effects of trauma in the day-to-day, but also to heal and experience real relief from symptoms that are associated with trauma like flashbacks, nightmares, physiological stress, and more. I integrate the latest in trauma healing therapy modalities such as EMDR and IFS in this work.
Purpose, Performance, and Meaning
You may have reached a point in your life where you are feeling confused, stuck, or disconnected. Together, we can explore internal and external factors that are impacting your connection to yourself and to the people and world around you. We can choose and integrate the tools that may help you to safely reconnect and discover purpose, reach your potential, and give meaning to your day-to-day and long-term path. Tools for this type of work may include a narrative approach, EMDR, IFS, Motivational Interviewing, or others.
I am only offering short-term, focused therapeutic accompaniment at this time (1-10 sessions) for individuals who have identified a specific need or challenge area in their life that they would like to address. Examples of this might be individuals who have received traditional talk therapy in the past but have certain trauma or areas where they feel “stuck” and could benefit from a practice like EMDR, or an individual who is looking to enhance their purpose and performance in a specific area of their life like confidence in the workplace.
If you would like to work with me alone or in tandem with your long-term therapist, feel free to be in touch! I may make recommendations to more long-term supports if that is most appropriate.

Insurance
I am out-of-network with insurance only at this time, though I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement if that is within your coverage terms.
